1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that Activities may include travel, physical movement, outdoor exposure, or potentially hazardous elements. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and representatives, hereby fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless WSCI, its pastors, officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, or harm sustained in connection with the Activities.

3. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

I understand that during my involvement with WSCI, I may be exposed to private, sensitive, or proprietary information about the church, its leadership, members, or operations. I agree not to disclose, copy, reproduce, or otherwise share any such information with any third party, unless legally compelled to do so. This obligation survives the conclusion of any Activities.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY OF AGREEMENT

I acknowledge and agree that the contents of this agreement—including its existence, terms, and any related discussions—are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from WSCI, except as required by law.

5. MANDATORY CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to my participation in any Activities or this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by confidential binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in [Insert City/State], and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Neither party may disclose the existence, content, or outcome of any arbitration without the prior written consent of the other party.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document contains the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. If any portion is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
