THE TUB IS TOO SMALL

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 3:13-14

Don’t soak or sulk in your mistakes.

A mistake simply means that you took the wrong thing. Now Jesus tells us what we should take when He tells us to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Him. (Matthew 16:24-26)

All your mistakes are on the cross.

Mistakes can be a heavy burden to carry. Release your mistakes to God and watch how light you are. It’s extra baggage that you were never designed to carry in the first place. See how quickly His love floods every part of your being.

Release your mistakes to God.

When swelling and pride come, then emptiness and shame come also, but with the humble (those who are lowly, who have been pruned or chiseled by trial, and renounce self) are skillful and godly Wisdom and soundness. – Proverbs 11:2 (AMPC)

Don’t bathe in the past, swim in the future. The tub is not big enough for your calling.
