THE PERFECT PATH

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. – Psalm 119:105 (AMPC)

Enjoy the journey. Maybe that’s a bit too cliché but it’s the truth. Every path is different, but every path has purpose. You can’t compare your path to anyone else’s path because you don’t know where the paths are leading. You don’t know the fullness of what you’re here to do.

Sometimes you reject your path because it’s not what you wanted or would’ve chosen. You may not understand it, but there’s no risk of failure with God. Some paths consist of pitfalls, unexpected events, deep ruts, setbacks, routines, disappointments and resistance. But know this, everything on the path happens for a reason.

Your path is what prepares you.

So seek God no matter what it costs you. Seeking God is what puts you on the path. Without Him, you’re just wandering. To fully be on this path you will be completely taken out of your comfort zones. There will be significant invitations that are extended to you. Yes, YOU. Embrace the adventure.

In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. – Proverbs 3:6 (AMPC)

Trust God on your path. Who trained David to face Goliath? Do you remember the pit and prison in the dreams of Joseph? You are often unaware of why certain things are happening for you, but count it all joy because they are preparing you. There are certain things that no man will be able to train you in or teach you. So trust the path He has you on. The cross is your path to life.

The perfect path is God’s will for us.

You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy, at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. – Psalm 16:11 (AMPC)
