INNER & OUTER CHRIST

But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. – 1 John 2:27

Firstly, we have the inner anointing. The scripture says that this anointing “abideth in you.”  It is for you and your personal life. It prevents you from being deceived or led another way. The inner anointing reminds you who are and teaches you how to live in this life.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. – Luke 4:18-19

Secondly, you have the outer anointing. The outer anointing is for you to function in your calling. Jesus emphatically proclaims that the Spirit is upon Him and has anointed Him to carry out specific initiatives. Never discount your calling; you’re anointed for it.

There should be nothing wreaking havoc in your personal life and nothing preventing you from walking boldly in your purpose. The anointing is given to remove the burdens and destroy the yokes. Be anointed afresh today. God not only sent you but He gave you what you need to succeed.

God is an advanced planner. He has you here reading this today for a reason. Christ said it in church but He then went out in the world to fulfill it. The inner Christ fuels our outer Christ. You are sent here to be a culture changer. Let the inner light conduct the outer darkness.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. – Philippians 4:13

Say: The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
